By purchasing stock photos from Kevins_Photography, you (the buyer) agree to the following agreement terms and conditions.

Summary:
These stock photos agree to royalty-free for personal or commercial use. Photos remain copyrighted to Kevins_Photography and may not be resold as-is or claimed as your own. Alterations are allowed, credit is required, and misuse (hate, illegal, or negative contexts) is prohibited. Agreements are non-exclusive.

1. Ownership & Copyright

• All photos remain copyrighted to Kevins_Photography.
• Purchasing photographs does not transfer copyright or ownership.

2. Permitted Uses

• You may use purchased photos for personal and commercial projects, including websites, ads, social media, print, merchandise, and creative works.
• You may modify or alter photos to fit your needs.
• This agreement is royalty-free and non-exclusive — photos may also be sold to other buyers by Kevins_Photography.

3. Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the photos as-is.
• You may not claim the photos as your own.
• Photos may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or machine learning datasets without written permission.
• Photos may not be used to misrepresent Kevins_Photography or in harmful/negative contexts (e.g., hate speech, illegal activities, defamatory use).

4. Credit Requirement

• Credit to Kevins_Photography must be given in a visible form whenever possible (e.g., in captions, descriptions, or credits sections).

5. Liability

• Kevins_Photography is not liable for misuse or consequences arising from your use of the photos. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with laws and third-party rights (e.g., trademarks, likenesses).
